Three Ponds Nature Preserve for Make a Difference Week Video

Monday with Martha #247 - Three Ponds Nature Preserve for Make a Difference Week

This week I interview Benjamin VanDyke and Lily Kelsey from The Little Forks Conservancy about their newly opened Three Ponds Nature Preserve. Together with the Saginaw Bay CISMA and Little Forks staff, volunteers conducted ecological restoration in the form of invasive shrub removal and site preparation for native seeding along the new trail system and parking lot. This event was part of the Society for Ecological Restoration's Make a Difference Week 2025, a week of global restoration action where individuals and organizations from around the world host and participate in local volunteer restoration events.
