It's a little pricey

woodpecker's seem to enjoy them

All the woodpeckers in the Mid Atlantic, Downy, Hairy, Red Bellied, Northern Flicker and the always stunning Red Headed hang out and enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Hesitant at first

At first, I wasn't sure about the Woodpecker Favorite Small Seed Cakes 9.5oz. I put them out and nothing happened. Then, I guess the birds decided they were delicious because they devoured them. Also, the Starling Proof Feeder is terrific!

The woodpeckers love the seed cakes, but unfortunately so do all the other birds.

All the birds that come to our feeder love it. Wish I would have gotten the larger cylinder ones

The hot seed does keep the squirrels away from eating it . The bricks are a little smaller than I thought but usable. I would have liked them twice as big for my feeders.

All the woodpeckers great and small, they love the seed cakes one and all.
Even the little birds, sparrows, finches, and nuthatch come and help themselves to the cakes. We have some happy, happy birds.
