Flaming Hot Feast

My birds love the Flaming Hot Feast! Everything from my Carolina chickadees to the red bellied woodpeckers are quite happy with the seed. And the squirrels leave it alone! Thanks so much!

Birds love, squirrels are deterred.

Birds love these seed cylinders. Squirrels adapt to the spicy seed but it does slow them down. As the birds eat from the middle of the cylinder, they do start to crumble and fall off of the feeder after a while, but I haven’t found a seed cylinder I like better.

Flaming Hot Feast Small Cylinders

We LOVE theses! Buy them by the case of 6 and the squirrels and the bears do NOT like them! I really rack up my points with these babies. :) But seriously, the birds just love them, esp the cardinals! They hold up great in the rain and snow also.

Birds love it, squirrels stay away from it. The woodpeckers and tufted titmouse visit often.

Hot stuff!

Mr. Bird hot cylinders work very well at keeping the squirrels and chipmunks away from the feeder. We hang it close to our slider and it is the cat's favorite activity. This is what's left after two weeks.

Red Hot Bird Feed vs Squirrels

Great product!!! I love watching all our squirrels hang out of our tree to get to our bird feed. As soon as they touch it they jump completely out of the tree and do not come back. That has certainly cut way down on our bird feed costs. Will continue to keep the red hot bird seed.

I have been using the flaming hot for about 5 years now! There is zero waste! No raccoons and no squirrels emptying my feeders! I use the small cylinder in a large cage like feeder and small birds munch away! I break some in half and just place them over dead branches for big birds and woodpeckers! I have a monthly order!

Keeps the bears away!

I bought a similar product accidentally about a decade ago. I live in Duluth MN where "urban bears" are something of a problem. One morning, a bear sauntered through my yard and took down my feeder. It greedily ate ALL the suet, but once it hit the cayenne pepper seed log, it STOPPED. It no longer even visits my yard, as it seemingly despises the taste of the seed logs. (They do NOT deter my squirrels, but neither do the squirrels destroy my feeders!)

The birds all love this seed. The squirrels hate it and that is fine with me. Sometimes I’ll have 6-8 birds at a time at the seed cylinders. I have even seen Eastern Bluebirds there. Great cylinders!

The hot feast seed cylinder attracts so many cute little birds in my area of Illinois and I’m seeing more and more Cardinals. So relaxing to watch. Nature is beautiful.

These hot pepper cylinders are just awesome. I just wish they were more affordable or could be purchased in bulk at a discount

Erva Bird Feeder: Instructions were straightforward so it was easy to assemble the bird feeder. Installing the bird seed cylinder was also very easy to install. When possible I like to support small business in the USA. On the package it looks like it was made in Chicago, Illinois. Seems to me like the Erva bird feeder was made very well. As long as I maintain it. I don't see why it shouldn't last for quite a while. Real outdoor testing has already begun. I have already placed it outside. I'm very pleased with this bird feeder so far. Thank You!
