Made with a Western Red Cedar frame that is 19 inch wide with a pan that is 2 1/2 inch deep.

3 point chain suspension. Each chain is 21" long, and the connecting hanging hook is another 2".

A replacement pan can be purchased separately as well: item number SE704 14 inch Mini Replacement Pan in Green and SE705 14 inch Mini Replacement Pan in Clay.

The birds are completely ignoring it and only using my stationary bird baths. I don’t know what the problem could be.

I saw your review of the bird bath that you purchased recently from us. According to the shipping information you only received your order two days ago.

It can take anywhere from a week to a month for birds to investigate, try out, and get used to a new bath (or a new feeder). We'd also suggest that at first you might want to place it close by a bath that they are used to and use regularly, or an area that they frequent. That way they can figure out that the new bath is an option for them too.

We would encourage you to keep the bird bath up and be patient with your feathered friends for a little bit, and hopefully soon they will be enjoying their new bath!

exactly what I was looking for

I spent a long time looking for a hanging bird bath that blended well with nature and was very glad to find this one. Even though it's "mini," it's more than large enough to put a little water wiggler in it, which was important to me.
