Geo Ball Suet Feeder

I really like my new suet feeder, it's very sturdy and the squirrels can't get into it and eat everything. Birds like it too!

What is the triangular suet ball feeder made out of? Squirrel proof?

Nature Niche

The feeder is made of powder coated metal. The squirrels will probably still try to chew and get some suet. So if they will have access to the feeder, I recommend using the hot pepper suet balls: https://nature-niche.com/collections/suet/products/hot-pepper-suet-balls-4-pack

Is this item squirrel proof?

Nature Niche

Not 100%. They won't be able to run off with the suet balls, but I could see them hanging on and taking bites out of them through the metal mesh. Best to use under a hanging baffle or on a pole system with a mounted baffle, if you want to keep the squirrels off.
