Great protection from pesky doves

I had been searching all over to find some way to keep doves away from my hopper feeder. The feeder is hanging from a tall fence adjacent to a wash. The fence protects one side of the feeder. I doubled these dove guards and attached them with long cable ties to the opposite side of the feeder. Doves are now prevented from flying at the feeder tray and brushing seeds to the ground to graze on. Woodpeckers, wrens, orioles, and all other birds can cling to the dove guards on one side, or to the fence on the other side of the feeder, and munch away. This has been a great solution to my problem with the pesky doves. Thank you, Nature Niche for this product!

Works great!

I used tie wraps to secure it to my feeder and the dove guard works great! My feeder is large, so I had to stack 2 on one side, and hope they get more in stock so I can stack 2 on the other side. I used bird netting on that side for now.

No more Doves or Squirrels

I realize this is a Dove guard but in San Diego the Squirrels don't eat through wood. The seed holder is metal. So my modified version protect from both Doves and Squirrels. The Spice Finches and Gold Finches love it !!!!!
