• The 0.813-inch thick, rot-resistant cedar wood on the inside of the entrance hole and the nesting box is rough; making it easier for bluebirds to land on (and for nestlings to cling to). There are also inner wall climbing aids for egress below the entrance hole.
• Wood glue, nail, and Weather Match deck screw construction for box durability. 
• The entrance hole is 1.5" in diameter and a height of 4.75" from the entrance hole to the floor (including nest lift).
• Includes a polywood predator guard to help keep your young birds safe.
• An overhanging sloped roof, recessed floor, and drainage holes to promote dryness.
• There are two ventilation holes on each of the top sides of this bird house to help with airflow.
• The removable, 0.25-inch mesh, coated metal nest lift keeps the young bird dry and helps protect them from blowflies.
• A Weather Match deck screw-hinged door with sturdy pull-pin makes for easy access to clean out and sanitize the house when the nesting season is over.
• Front panel opens downward for easy monitoring and is compatible with noel guard use.
