BirdMatch Original Memory Game

BirdMatch is a fun and engaging way to learn the birds around you while also sharpening your memory!

BirdMatch Original showcases 25 common bird species across the midwest and eastern U.S. Designed by Chelsea's Nature Designs, the cards feature original artwork and convenient packaging. Playing match games promotes cognitive development and enhances memory skills. More than that, they are loads of fun! 

Shuffle the cards and set them in rows, face down. Players turn over two cards at a time, and whenever they find a match, they get to keep those cards. If the cards don’t match, flip them back over and the next player gets to choose. At the end of the game, the player with the most cards wins the game! 

BirdMatch’s mission is to help people learn more about the world around them in a fun and engaging way. The card game consists of realistic illustrations to help teach bird identification and can be played as memory match game. The various editions highlight birds of different species and locations.

There are 25 bird pairs of the Midwest/Eastern USA included: American Goldfinch, American Robin, Bald Eagle, Barred Owl, Black-capped/Carolina Chickadee, Blue Jay, Canada Goose, Carolina Wren, Downy Woodpecker, Eastern Bluebird, Great-horned Owl, House Finch, House Sparrow, Mourning Dove, Northern Cardinal, Northern Mockingbird, Red-bellied Woodpecker, Red-headed Woodpecker, Red-shouldered Hawk, Red-tailed Hawk, Ruby-throated Hummingbird, Tufted Titmouse, Turkey Vulture, Red-winged Blackbird and White-breasted Nuthatch.

About the Artist:

Game creator Chelsea is a young artist whose love of nature inspires her artwork. When she was 14 she combined her love of birds and art to create BirdMatch. Chelsea has always enjoyed spending her time in nature (especially observing birds) and creating artwork that attempts to capture its beauty. Her goal is to share her passion in hopes others can find similar joy by connecting with nature.
