This is by far the BEST seed option & I have done my research.

This is by far the BEST seed option I have EVER used. I will never go back to lose seed again. I love the cylinder seed (I also bought a cylinder seed feeder from here). It lasts so much longer and does not make as much of a mess as the loose seed option. I am on my 2nd order since switching over to the cylinder. Also, the price and quality is best thru this company. Birdfeeding made simple

These cylinders of bird food, hanging from a tree in my back yard, have made both me and the birds quite happy. One cylinder lasts about a week, so I remember on Wednesdays to get out another and place it in the metal feeder. I can't see the backyard from a window, and this assures that my birds don't get forgotten. I am very pleased with the ease of using them.

It's really, really hot here and the birds aren't very active right now. They do wait for these seed logs it takes about a week for them to finish one. In better weather it's 3 to 5 days. I really like the convenience. I've used them for years great products.

Hi there! Thanks for your feedback. It can take up to a month for birds to get used to new types of seed. It took mine nearly three weeks to come around when I first put mine out. Please be patient and let our fine feathered friends figure it out and get used to it :)
