My birds love these. I have other cylinders ( and feeders) hanging but these are the busy feeders. They are mess free, convenient to load on the feeders. Service from Nature Niche was fast and accurate.

I wanted to leave an honest review. I have purchased mess-free cylinders in the past from a local bird store, but the ones I purchased here were so much better (certainly more popular with my backyard finches!).

First of all, they attract so many more birds! I often have five or six small birds hanging onto each cylinder at one time. They eat ever bit of it and leave me with an empty holder.

They just love this seed mixture and I love they are no mess and don't leave shells on the ground. I couldn't have been happier with this purchase and am planning to stay with them.

If there is a subscription option (because I keep running out!) I'd love to know and I'd also love a lower shipping price or free shipping on small orders. All of those things would help me with ordering more frequently.

The seed is expensive but the birds like it

Because shell free mixes go through extra processing to be less messy in your yard and because Lizzie Mae uses fresh, high quality ingredients that wild birds prefer, these seed cylinders are more expensive than purchasing loose, low quality seed. You end up saving, though, because the seed cylinders last longer than loose seed. Rather than sifting through and throwing seed on the ground, individual birds are able to peck out just what they want without the waste or mess. Enjoy the ease of feeding with no mess and watching the diversity of birds these cylinders attract!

No raisins ❣️

I have a dog that eats anything that falls! Very food motivated. So I use Shell free in backyard and Fruit Medley in front yard.

Birds love it!

The cylinder seed was a perfect addition to our feeding. I had watched an offered video which explained that different types of seed attracts different types of birds. I had never thought about it, but have found that it is very true with the new cylinder feed. We are enjoying our new visitors!

Birds love these cylinders. I find I get more woodpeckers with cylinders. They cling to them while they eat. And the 4-pack is economical, as cylinders go

No mess is great

I’ve been buying this seed cylinder for a while now because it’s a good value compared with other products I’ve purchased. Several different birds in my area really enjoy it, and when I hang it in my cylinder feeder among other feeders it can last for several days. Not having the mess of empty seed shells below the feeder is a big plus.

Best Seed Logs Around

We love these, but even better, my birds love them. No shells so no mess and very tightly packed, so they last a long time. I get woodpeckers but many other species like them too.
