An easy fix

I was exited to put up two bluebird houses, but not so happy when a pair of sparrows enlarged the opening to squeeze in and raise a family this spring. After they were fledged, I scrubbed out the house and added the metal portal protector. It is perfect! Except I have a very sour sparrow who sits on top of her former residence and chirps/chews me out when I walk by!
