Received this as a Christmas gift this year.
I do not understand the previous 2 star review at all! The bell does NOT need to be in a mesh bag. Remove the bell wrapping. There is a built in plastic tab with a hole in the center that fits over the hook inside the hanger. Easy peasy. Love it.
