Stoneware pieces are individually handmade using actual leaves from native trees, in this case Red Maple (Acer rubrum), that the artist collects herself (many from her own garden). Each piece is then bisque-fired, glazed, high-fired, and finished by the artist personally, making each one a unique work of art.

- Cleaning - use the normal cleaning products such as 10% bleach solution or Bird Bath/Statuary Cleaner 16 oz

Note: Use a soft brush for cleaning. Do not use a wire brush or vigorously scrub the bowl, as it can scratch the glazing.
