About the Paw Paw:
American pawpaws (Asimina triloba) are the largest edible tree fruit native to North America, usually 3-6 inches long. The flesh is yellow and contains a network of glossy dark brown seeds. A paw paw's flavor is almost tropical: a blend of mango-banana-citrus.
