The Story Behind this Bean:
Also known as the "Chester" or "Skunk Bean", the seeds are flat and lima-shaped with black and white streaks. Some seeds have reverse markings, others are pure black. Originating with the Iroquois, this bean is adapted to shorter growing seasons. The Flagg bean is very productive and extremely rare.
