"Raised by an Amish mother and a Mennonite father, Anna Gascho was 93 in 2009 when I met her. That was the first year she hadn't grown her garden. Anna didn't know their name, but these beans were passed down through her family for years. Anna died in 2011. I am thankful she shared these lovely seeds with me."
