Bluebird feeder with blue glass (dishwasher safe) mealworm cup and barrier guard. Our baffled bluebird feeder is surrounded by sturdy vinyl coated wire mesh with 1-1/2" square openings to keep out starlings and squirrels. The top and bottom are fully galvanized steel and powder coated in a blue finish for years of durability.

The glass cup is 3.25" in diameter and 1" deep and holds about two handfuls of dried mealworms.  This feeder comes with a galvanized cable. The cable with the slide pulled down to secure the lid adds 12" to the height of the feeder.

Attracts the following birds: Bluebirds, chickadees, downy woodpeckers, titmice, nuthatches, orioles, mockingbirds, wrens, and occasionally warblers.

You may also mount it on a 1" pole by using a pole adaptor, sold separately.

Measures 14" Wide x 8" High.

Made in the USA.

No More Annoying Starlings!

The bluebirds and other small birds have figured out easily how to get in and out of this beautiful feeder. Starlings are sometimes curious but cannot get into the cage. They are far less frequent visitors to my yard now. I guess they decided to look elsewhere.

Finally

Finally have a bird feeder for mealworms that only small birds and bluebirds
can enter and enjoy their food..

Awesome feeder for small birds.

This is the perfect feeder for the smaller birds in our yard. Keeps the big birds out so the little ones can have some food, and yes we now have 2 pairs of bluebirds feeding daily!

Blue Bird Feeded

We had other blue bird feeders and they didn't work. We will save the cost of this feeder in meal worms the first year. The starlings still try and get to the food, but can only get the bits that fall just inside the wire enclosure. Instead of being irritated and chasing the starlings away, we are amused by their failed attempts to get to the food
