This is one of the best made bird houses I have ever gotten, and I plan on having it for the next 40 years, extremely well-made

since hanging my new birdhouse not ONE SINGLE bird has looked at it. =-}

Thanks for the review, but please don't give up just yet! It's late in the nesting season--most bird species have fledged their last brood or are in the process of doing so. You can leave your nest box up to provide roosting habitat (shelter from storms and cold temperatures) this fall and winter, or store it and place it back out in early spring before nesting season begins.
